• These metal signs do have predrilled mounting holes for easy installation.

• Please note that no additional mounting hardware shall be provided along with the metal signs.

SHIPPING POLICY

• These metal signs are custom-made. Therefore, we dispatch it within 5-7 business days after receiving the order.

• We will update the tracking number within 24 hours of dispatching the order.

• We will be shipping the orders through FedEx. Shipping takes anywhere between 5 to 7 business days to get delivered.

• Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

RETURN POLICY

• If there is an issue with our product or if it was damaged during delivery, please contact us via email within 72 hours of receiving the item.

• We do not offer exchanges because these are custom-made products, but we do provide a 30-day return policy to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase.

• If the buyer is not satisfied with their purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order and we will do our best to resolve it.
