• All of our metal wall art is custom made and handcrafted to the highest quality standards.

• The metal signs are made up of 18 gauge steel for maximum durability.

• To achieve an accurate design, we laser cut each sign with cutting-edge laser technology.

• We powder coat each sign to make it smooth and durable. so that they can be displayed indoors as well as outdoors.

• These signs are available in three different colors: black, white, and silver.

• Also available in five different sizes: 12", 18", 24", 30", and 36".

• The metal signs do have predrilled mounting holes for easy installation. Please note our metal signs do not include mounting hardware.

SHIPPING POLICY

• All of our metal signs are custom made. Therefore, we dispatch it within 5-7 business days after receiving the order.

• We will update the tracking number within 24 hours of dispatching the order.
• We will be shipping the orders through FedEx. Shipping takes anywhere between 5 to 7 business days to get delivered.

• Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

RETURN POLICY

• If there is an issue with our product or if it was damaged during delivery, please contact us via email within 72 hours of receiving the item.

• We do not offer exchanges because these are custom-made products, but we do provide a 30-day return policy to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase.

• If the buyer is not satisfied with their purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order and we will do our best to resolve it.
